Code of ethics

Mr. Stefano Stoppani is a registered Avvocato (Italian Barrister) at the Verona Bar Association (Ordine degli Avvocati di Verona) and, therefore, he respects the Forensic Code of Ethics in exercising his professional activity.

The processing of personal data managed by Stefano Stoppani in the context of his professional activity takes place in compliance with current legislation, both civil and criminal, as well as in particular the rules referred to in Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679, for the exclusive carrying out of the professional mandate.
